Overview
Thomas Belcastro is an associate in the firm’s Corporate practice group focusing on general corporate matters. Thomas has experience representing public and private companies, investment banks and private equity groups/investors as lenders, borrowers, and arrangers in connection with banking and finance transactions involving secured and unsecured credit facilities, leveraged acquisitions, private placements, restructurings and workouts and related general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Thomas was an associate in the finance practice at the New York office of a prominent firm. During law school, he served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Rives Kistler of the Oregon Supreme Court in Salem, OR.
