Overview
Isaiah Hardy is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Real Estate group. Isaiah provides assistance on commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, affordable housing, and leasing. In his current role, Isaiah’s responsibilities have included drafting and reviewing Real Estate Purchase and Sale Contracts; drafting and reviewing Lease Agreements; drafting Easement Agreements; site control support for wind and solar energy land campaigns; and land acquisition due diligence, including for acquiring a portfolio of wind and solar energy projects, timberlands, and commercial buildings.
Isaiah’s legal acumen is strengthened by his experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Mustafa T. Kasubhai of the United States District Court for the District of Oregon and as a summer associate.
