Overview

John Katuska is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Litigation group.

Before joining Stoel Rives, John was a law clerk to the Honorable Morgan B. Christen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, for whom he oversaw a broad appellate caseload that included civil rights, securities, environmental, administrative, and regulatory appeals. He was also a law clerk to the Honorable Eric C. Tostrud of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, for whom he handled a caseload that included corporate, employment, labor, and tort litigation.
