Overview
Eileen McCarty is a paralegal in Stoel Rives’ Litigation group. She has extensive experience providing beginning to end support in all aspects of litigation including case organization, drafting, research, discovery, and trial. Eileen has provided support in professional liability litigation, labor & employment litigation, construction and design contract disputes and litigation, FINRA disputes and litigation, and general civil litigation and is experienced in filing in multiple state and federal jurisdictions.
Previously, Eileen was a litigation practice assistant and a litigation legal secretary.
