Overview

Michelle Rosales is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Litigation group.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Michelle performed first-level and second-level relevance and privilege document reviews (2021–2022) and was an Eviction Prevention Program Fellow with the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles (2020–2021). During law school, Michelle was a legal intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (2018) and a Harold & Suzanne Baer Minority Judicial Fellowship Intern for Magistrate Judge Peggy Kuo of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York (2019).

Prior to law school, Michelle was a paralegal with the U.S. Department of Justice, where she sat at counsel’s table as part of the prosecution team in six complex white-collar federal jury trials, together involving antitrust, money laundering, fraud, and taxation.
