Overview
Rachel Gale is a litigator in Stoel Rives’ labor and employment group. She has litigated complex disputes in state and federal court involving issues such as wrongful termination, whistleblower retaliation, data breaches, and constitutional violations, among others.
Rachel maintains an active pro bono practice, in which she has defended protesters’ First and Fourth Amendment rights, represented the privacy interests of sexual assault survivors, and provided immigration representation to a refugee fleeing gendered violence in her native country.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Rachel was a senior staff attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union of Oregon, as well as a litigation and summer associate with several prominent firms.
