We have extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, financings, periodic reporting with the SEC, tender offers and takeover attempts, and other extraordinary corporate transactions involving public companies. Our lawyers provide advice to management and in-house counsel of publicly held companies regarding a wide variety of routine corporate matters.
