Experience

Serena Carlsen is a partner of the firm practicing in the Real Estate practice group. Her experience focuses on commercial real property and development matters. She assists clients with facility purchases, leases, financing and construction throughout the United States. Serena's clients have included marine terminal and grocery chain operators, office and shopping center developers, construction materials suppliers, healthcare operators, retail stores and general businesses, in negotiating, financing and constructing facilities throughout the United States.

• Sale of Westwood Town Center, a retail shopping center in West Seattle
• Sale of 25 acres of industrial land in the Mountain View Business Park in Everett, Washington
• Sale of a medical center in Bellingham, Washington
• Headquarters ground lease for an office building in Anchorage, Alaska
