Thomas R. Page

Experience

Tom Page is Of Counsel with the firm and practices real estate law. He has substantial experience with real estate transactions, having worked extensively with developers and owners of shopping centers, office buildings, apartment buildings, and industrial property. Tom has particular experience in the areas of real estate ownership entities, real estate finance, real estate development and management, real estate purchases and sales, and commercial landlord-tenant law.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Tom was a legal intern with the Union Pacific Railroad Corporate Law Department in Portland, Oregon (1977) and law clerk to Justice Ralph Holman with the Oregon Supreme Court (1978-1979).

• Represented International Business Machines Corporation in the sale of the Woodside Corporate Park in Washington County, Oregon.
• Represented NIKE, Inc. in the leasing of the Rogue Building and the purchase of adjacent land in Washington County, Oregon.
• Represented Northwest Natural Gas Company in the leasing of its corporate headquarters in Portland, Oregon.
• Represented Zimmer Gunsul Frasca in the leasing of office space in Los Angeles, California; Washington, D.C.; New York City, New York; Portland, Oregon; and Seattle, Washington and in the development of its headquarters office building in Portland, Oregon.
• Represented 1200 Building Associates, Ltd. in the development and leasing of the Pacwest Center Building in Portland, Oregon.
• Represented Fox Tower LLC in the leasing of the Fox Tower in Portland, Oregon.
• Represented Weiden & Kennedy, Inc. in the leasing of its corporate headquarters in Portland, Oregon.

Industrial - Warehouse

• Represented Killian Pacific in the acquisition of the Columbia Business Center in Vancouver, Washington.
• Represented Weyerhaeuser Company in the sale of a former lumber mill site in Coos County, Oregon to the Port of Coos Bay.
• Represented NIKE, Inc. in the purchase of its customer service center in Tokyo, Japan.
• Represented NIKE TN, Inc. in the development of its distribution facility in Memphis, Tennessee.
• Represented The Port of Portland in various industrial leasing matters and in the leasing of Terminal 6.

Retail

• Represented NIKE, Inc. in the leasing of its NIKE Town locations in San Francisco and Beverly Hills, California; Seattle, Washington; Honolulu, Hawaii; and Denver, Colorado and outlet store locations throughout the country.
• Represented Gramor Development, Inc. in the development, leasing and sale of numerous suburban shopping centers in the Portland, Oregon-Vancouver, Washington area.
• Represented Steve Oliva in the sale of Hi-School Pharmacy locations in Oregon and Washington to Walgreens.
• Represented Hanna Andersson Corporation in retail leasing throughout the United States.
• Represented C.E. John Company, Inc. in the development and leasing of retail developments in Oregon.

Mixed Use

• Represented Northgate Center, LLC in the development of Northgate Centre, a mixed-use lifestyle retail center, office park and industrial park in Medford, Oregon.
• Represented Gramor Development, Inc. in the development of Lakeview Village, a mixed-use development in Lake Oswego, Oregon, and Murray Scholls, a mixed-use development in Beaverton, Oregon.
• Represented Gramor Development, Inc. in the acquisition and development of the former Boise Cascade White Paper mill site in Vancouver, Washington.

Apartment

• Represented C.E. John Company, Inc. in the development of apartment projects in Portland, Oregon.
• Represented J. Guy Farthing in the development of low income housing tax credit projects in Portland, Oregon.

Medical Office

• Represented The Oregon Clinic Gateway Medical Office Building LLC in the development of a medical office building in the Gateway Transit Center, Portland, Oregon.
• Represented Southwest Washington Medical Center in the acquisition of the Medical Center Physician Building in Vancouver, Washington and other real estate matters.
• Represented Kaiser Foundation Northwest in the leasing and sale of various properties in Oregon.
• Represented The Portland Clinic in the acquisition of a medical office building in Beaverton, Oregon and the development of a medical office building in Aloha, Oregon.

Technology

• Represented SpectraWatt in the leasing of space for its solar cell manufacturing facility in Hopewell Junction, New York.
• Represented ON Semiconductor in the acquisition of a wafer fabrication facility in Gresham, Oregon.
• Represented Hynix Semiconductor in the development of a wafer fabrication facility in Eugene, Oregon.
• Represented Sony Music Entertainment in the development of a disc manufacturing facility in Springfield, Oregon.
• Represented OKI Semiconductor in the development of a semi-conductor manufacturing facility in Tualatin, Oregon.

Automotive

• Represented Asbury Automotive Group in the acquisition, leasing and sale of car dealership properties in Oregon.

Airport

• Represented Southend Airpark LLC in the development of airport property in Aurora, Oregon.
• Represented Hillsboro Aviation, Inc. in the ground leasing of airport property in Hillsboro, Oregon.

• Represented Pumpkin Ridge Partners in the development of the Pumpkin Ridge Golf Course in North Plains, Oregon.
